Hong Kong

Hopefully, everyone is using Alaska or American Airline Points to fly business class on Cathay Pacific to Hong Kong. One of my favorite flying experiences in the world. Additionally, Hong Kong is one of my favorite cities in the world.

Hong Kong is a bustling metropolis that attracts millions of tourists each year. One of the biggest draws for visitors is the city’s stunning skyline, which is best viewed from Victoria Peak. The view from the Peak is truly breathtaking, with skyscrapers and buildings stretching as far as the eye can see. For those who want to experience the city’s vibrant street life, a visit to the bustling markets in Mong Kok or the neon-lit streets of Causeway Bay is a must. Visitors can browse the markets for souvenirs, sample local street food, or simply people-watch.

Another attraction that draws tourists to Hong Kong is the city’s rich cultural heritage. The city has a long and fascinating history, and visitors can explore the city’s past by visiting the many temples and museums. The Tian Tan Buddha, also known as the Big Buddha, is a popular tourist attraction that draws thousands of visitors each year. Located on Lantau Island, the Buddha is the largest outdoor bronze statue of its kind and can be reached by cable car or ferry.

Finally, Hong Kong is known for its shopping, and visitors can shop till they drop in the city’s many shopping districts, including Causeway Bay, Tsim Sha Tsui, and Central. Hong Kong is famous for its luxury brands and designer labels, but visitors can also find affordable options in the city’s many street markets. Whether it’s high-end shopping or bargain hunting, Hong Kong has something for everyone. With its vibrant culture, stunning skyline, and endless shopping opportunities, it’s no wonder that Hong Kong is a top destination for tourists.
