I’ve always been a fan of Duck and Waffle. The combination of crispy duck confit and a fluffy waffle is simply unbeatable and the views from the 40th floor of the Heron Tower are simply stunning. I have had a lot of food and meals in my lifetime, but my favorite thing to eat is duck and waffle at the restaurant that bares its signature dish as its name. The second closest would be the pan fried soup dumplings from Cheung Hing Kee Shanghai Dumplings in Hong Kong.
Again, here are some of the things I loved about Duck and Waffle:
- The food is delicious. The duck and waffle is the signature dish, but there are other great options on the menu as well.
- The views are amazing. The restaurant is located on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower, so you get stunning views of the city.
- The service is excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive.
- The atmosphere is lively. The restaurant is always busy, but it’s a fun and energetic atmosphere.
