Day 1 

Activities: Walk from the train station to the Royal Palace. 

Then see the other main highlights: Mannekin Pis (worth 10 seconds of time) & Grand Place. Grand Place is a very nice City Centre Building.

If you are an early riser, head to the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium to enjoy their collection or head to lunch.

Lunch: Chez Tonton Garby for a great sandwich and atmosphere (https://www.yelp.com/biz/tonton-garby-bruxelles?osq=Restaurants) Of note, the place is really small inside, but you will get a seat when you get your food. There is no saving seats here.
